We’re 100% remote, so you can work from the comfort of your home office, local coffee shop, or underground nuclear fallout shelter.

Health Coverage
All Roeder Studios employees who work 30+ hours per week are eligible for health benefits. Roeder Studios covers 75% of employee premiums for Health, Dental, and Vision.
FSA Accounts
We offer Flexible Spending Accounts through Wageworks, which allows you to use pre-tax dollars to pay for out-of-pocket qualified medical expenses.
All full-time Roeder Studios employees are eligible for 401K benefits through Slavic401k.
Family Leave
To celebrate the welcome of your new family addition (and get some much-needed family time and rest), we offer both primary and non-primary caregivers paid family leave.
Vacation Time
Full-time employees get 4 weeks (20 days) of paid vacation per year. Days expire at the end of the calendar year - use them or lose them!
Uncapped Sick Time
If you are too sick to work, use a sick day. Individual sick days are not counted against your vacation time and are uncapped.
Paid Holidays
The following are paid holidays for all employees: New Years Day, MLK Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Weekend, Winter Break.
Birthday Mini-Adventure Day
We give you your birthday off! You get a gift that you can use towards a mini-adventure (think local museum, art gallery, movie tickets, etc.)
Company-Provided MacBooks
If you’re a full-time employee, you’re getting a new MacBook when you start working at Edgar. Team members will get upgraded equipment every three years.
Team Profit Sharing
We profit-sharing bonuses to everybody on the team at the end of every year based on specific milestones (ca$h bonus, distributed equally among all employees).
Co-working Spaces
We encourage you to find a working environment that suits your needs. We give allowances for co-working spaces or coffee shops.
Books / Courses / Ongoing Education
Please buy books and educational courses that help enhance your job performance or that you think may benefit any coworker.
Conference Attendance
We will cover the cost of attending one conference per year. Please actively look for a conference/event each year to attend that will benefit you and your work.
Monthly House Cleaning
Having a clean and comfortable workspace is a big part of an "ideal workday," so we're happy to cover the cost of a monthly house/workspace cleaning.
Toilet Paper Allowance
Working from home means your TP budget has doubled! Fret no more, as we will send you your fave brand every month to your door.
Community Service / Volunteer Day
We love being a part of helping your community - wherever you are. Each quarter, we’ll provide up to one day of paid time off toward community service.
Team Retreats
Twice per year, the whole team gathers together for a weeklong giant workcation! All expenses are included, and this happens in February and September each year.
TSA PreCheck
We travel at least twice a year to meet up with other members of the team, so we'd like to ease the pain of the commute by paying your application fees for TSA PreCheck.
Home Internet Service
You need fast Internet to work here! We foot the bill. Don't worry about how much your family, roommates, etc. are using the Internet. We'll pay your monthly fee.
Hassle-Free Company Credit Card
All employees are issued a company credit card. No approval process and no hassles to charge any of your company perks or any other work-related incidentals.
Discounted Pet Insurance
